It is mandatory to book and pay for Covid tests to be taken on or before day 2 and on or after day 8 of your quarantine if you are returning from an amber list country. If you are returning from a green list country, you must book a day 2 test. You normally should receive your PLF code Straight away. If for any technical reasons or issue with your email inbox, you don’t see the PLF code confirmation email straight away. Please email our support team within 5 minutes of not having the PLF code email in your inbox on email@example.com who will be able to help you with your PLF code straight away. You should leave enough time for your order to be processed and PLF code to be sent to you. We will not be liable for any disruption to your plans, flights or holidays.

Your test kit will be dispatched on your arrival date for next day delivery. You will receive an email from us with the tracking information and also instructions on how you can take a sample and activate your kit. If you don't receive this email by the time your test kit arrives, please email our support staff as you must activate your test kit before it is sent to the lab.
If you have booked a test through our click and collect package, you must collect your test kit in person from the collection point on your appointment day and time. You will receive your PLF at the time of the collection (this is suitable for those customers who can collect their test before travelling abroad from England).
We are waiting to be listed as a provider, once we are listed, you can then buy a postal test package from our website and get your PLF number after you place your order. You will need the PLF number to complete your passenger locator form.
According to the current travel rules for England, those arriving from amber listed countries are required to take the mandatory day 2 & 8 tests. Those who are fully vaccinated by the NHS in the UK or by an approved EU or US vaccination programme are required to take a day 2 test. We'll send your test kits with free delivery to your home. Once you’ve received your swab samples, you can use a pre-paid returns label to send your tests back to our lab via a Royal Mail Priority Postbox.
We will dispatch your test kit on your arrival date for next day delivery (Monday-Friday). If your arrival date falls on Saturday or Sunday, your test will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday.
Once we are listed as a provider, you will then be able to book your testing package online with us. You will get booking reference number by email which you need to fill in your passenger locator form.
We have applied to be listed as a provider of Day 2 and Day 2 & 8 tests. once we are listed, you will be able then to order your test kits and your PLF code.
If you don't receive your PLF Number within 5 minutes of your order, get in touch with our support team by email.
We recommend that you book your tests as early as possible (at least 24 hours before your flight) as it can take us up to 24 hours to process your order and allocate your Passenger Locator Form Number. We will not be liable for any disruption to your travel or flights.
Those customers who book the click and collect package will receive their PLF code when they collect their kit from our collection point on their appointment date and time (this package is only suitable for those customers who can collect the test kit before they depart from England).
